kitchen
with
a
wood
stove
has
plenty

counter

for
preparing
meals
and
is
equipped
with
full
size
oven,
refrigerator,
dishwasher,
microwave,
coffee-maker,
kettle,
toaster,
all
the
basic
kitchen accessories and enough glassware, cutlery and dishes for large or small family meals.
An
adjacent
sun
porch
provides
extra
seating
for
mealtimes
or
a
space
for
those
cool,
rainy
days
where
you
can keep dry and still enjoy the natural, scenic views of the country.

off
the
kitchen
is
a
back
entrance,
that
we
call
"the
mudroom".
This
houses
a

dryer

laundry

lots

extra

storage.
A
large
deck,
with
patio
furniture
and
barbecue
runs
along
the
West
side
of
the
house
and
wraps
around
across
the
North
end
giving
beautiful
views
of
the
Northumberland
Strait
and Amet Island. The sandy beach and warm waters of John's Bay are just a three minute walk down the lane.
